Refund & Returns Policy

At Tanvero Craft, customer satisfaction is important to us. We aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

2. Returns & Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:

• You received a damaged product
• You received an incorrect product
• The product is significantly different from its description

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos or videos of the issue.

3. Conditions for Returns

Returned items must:

• Be unused and unwashed
• Have original tags and packaging
• Be in resale condition

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

4. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days after inspection. Bank processing times may vary.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

• Customized or personalized products
• Items purchased during sale or clearance
• Gift cards
• Used or damaged items (not due to our error)

6. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

7. Handcrafted Disclaimer

Many of our products are handcrafted. Minor variations in color, texture, size, or finish are natural and should not be considered defects.

8. Changes to Policy

Tanvero Craft reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
